1. Who's responsible for your data
LimitedHub, currently operating as [legal entity name and address to be finalized], is the data controller for the personal data described below. For anything privacy-related, contact us at limited0hub0business@gmail.com.
2. What we collect

We don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking of any kind on the site.
3. Why we collect it
- To run your account - sign-in, showing your profile, letting you manage listings/purchases.
- To process orders - marketplace and tutorial purchases currently go through a manual email flow rather than an automated checkout, so order details are used to fulfil and follow up on that order.
- To keep the site secure - preventing abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
- To contact you - account confirmations, replies to your own inquiries, and important changes to the service. We don't send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and we don't currently have a newsletter.
4. Who else sees your data
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run LimitedHub. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Data hosting region for Supabase is [to be confirmed - if outside the EEA, an appropriate transfer mechanism such as Standard Contractual Clauses will be documented here].
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within [X days - to be finalized], except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. completed transactions).
6. Cookies & local storage
LimitedHub uses cookies/local storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and wishlist, and remembering your cookie choice itself. We don't currently use any non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) - if that changes, we'll update this section and ask for your consent first via the cookie banner.
7. Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (or a similar regime applies to you), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's privacy
LimitedHub isn't directed at children, and you must be at least [16] to create an account (see Terms of Service).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves, especially during the beta. We'll update the date at the top whenever we do.
