1. Who we are

LimitedHub ("we", "us", "LimitedHub") is a collective offering CGI and 3D visualization, motion design, tutorials, and a marketplace for 3D assets. You can reach us at limited0hub0business@gmail.com for anything related to these Terms.

By creating an account or using LimitedHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use LimitedHub

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms for that company.

During the beta, access may be limited to people we've personally invited (team members, testers). We may open registration more broadly later.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the marketplace, or is used for anything illegal.

4. The marketplace

The marketplace lets LimitedHub and other approved creators ("sellers") list digital 3D assets for sale. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.

License you get when you buy an asset: unless the listing says otherwise, purchasing a product gives you a non-exclusive license to use that asset in your own personal or commercial projects (renders, animations, games, client work). You may not: resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw source file itself (as a standalone asset, on another marketplace, or for free); claim you created it; or use it in a way that would let someone else extract and reuse the raw file independently of your project.

5. Tutorials and courses

Tutorials and courses are a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to that specific item, for your own personal learning use. You may not share your account or the content itself with people who haven't purchased it.

6. Web dev / custom project inquiries

Getting in touch via "Start a Project" is just the start of a conversation, not an order - scope, pricing, and timeline for any custom CGI, motion design, or web project get agreed separately before any work begins.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or sell content you don't have the rights to.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or anything illegal.
• Try to break, bypass, or abuse the site's security or access controls.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site's content outside of normal use.
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with LimitedHub.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

LimitedHub is provided "as is", especially during this beta - things may break, change, or move around without notice. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, in cases of fraud or gross negligence).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves - especially likely during the beta. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use LimitedHub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
